In our line of work we are very fortunate to travel many beautiful locations around Australia and the world. Thanks to the Intercontentinental Hotel Group I was given the opportunity to experience the Gold Coast with visits to the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise and the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove. Needless to say the Gold Coast weather was a welcomed change to chilly Melbourne!
To sum up three jam packed days is a tricky task but I will try my best: we patted Dolphins, Koalas and Tigers, had private dinners at both Sea World and Dreamworld (which included visits from Charlie the Sea Lion, an incredible lazer show, zombie lazer-tag, a stunning dolphin show, and more), had breakfast one morning on a private island, rode segways, enjoyed a stunning helicopter ride over Surfers Paradise and Sanctuary Cove, had a golf lesson from Pro golfer Michael Jones, competed in a sailing race, and even met Steven Bradbury and Natalie Cook (Australian Gold Medalists).
The hospitality I experienced during my trip was unparalleled and The Production House Events team and myself hope to work with the teams from the Intercontinental Hotel Group in the near future.
