Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) has launched a new menu compendium, offering more than 500 items with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients.
The kitchen team has spent months designing, trialling, and defining a menu offering that caters for all palates and includes healthy options for both plated and buffet events.
“I’m very proud of the quality and range of meals that we serve our guests,” said executive chef Garry Kindred.
