** Office Administrator – Events Industry **
 
This full time position includes assisting the TPHE event managers with the management of their events, answering enquiries from delegates and exhibitors, data entry, sourcing products for events, database management and overall administration for the TPHE team.
 
It is important that you are technically competent and have extensive experience with the Microsoft suite of products and it would be extremely beneficial if you have project management experience (eg Trello, ASANA or Basecamp) as well as design technology experience (eg Canva, or the Adobe suite of programs).
 
A degree or diploma in events would be highly regarded and would be a great background for this position.
 
Most importantly you will have great written skills, a polished phone manner and have the ability to multitask in a very busy office environment.
