This years NSS was one of the most exciting, fun and rewarding venues to participate in as both an attendee and as a Keynote. The invited faculty and Australian ASAPS organizers were outstanding as I had the opportunity to learn so much from colleagues overseas who have extensive experience in products yet to reach the U.S. The doctors I met from Australia and the Asian Pacific were all so welcoming, friendly and very open to discussing new ideas and thoughts. As an invited speaker traveling a long distance it was so nice to have met the production team, The Production House Events made sure every minor detail was tended to. It made the trip incredibly easy and hassle free. I look forward to my next trip down under and will do my best to get back to the NSS soon. Oh and as for the social activities… well, I suggest you check out the photos and make your own conclusions!
The Melbourne Aesthetic Surgery Workshop is one of the best meetings I have attended in the last few years; the meeting is well run by the organizing committee with timely topics and speakers of top caliber, and the supporting staff were great. I highly recommend it.

Gina worked with me on a number of internal, customer and press events. In my view there are three things required when organising an event. First you need someone with great ideas, and then you need exceptional organisational ability to make it all come together. Finally you need someone with high energy – which ensures your event is memorable for all the right reasons. Gina has all these three components in abundance and I always enjoyed organising an event with Gina because I was assured of positive feedback from everyone who attended and an enjoyable experience whilst organising the event.

In my role as an Educator and specifically as the Chairman of Education for the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons I attend many meetings both locally and internationally. I first encountered The Production House Events through meetings they ran and then for the last 4 years our Society has engaged them to run our meetings.
Partnering with TPHE has transformed our events into a festival of knowledge!
Our scientific program is great however the content on its own does not draw a crowd when there are a variety of educational offerings available to the discerning student.
It is all about the little touches. Seamless organisation, lighting, themed receptions, event appropriate entertainment, spending the sponsorship dollar in a way that is efficient yet appears extravagant.
Looking after our invited guests and delegates in a way they didn’t expect and have not previously received. Thrilling everyone and making them feel special.
The Non-Surgical Symposium is our flagship meeting for cosmetic medicine and has become the largest meeting of its type in Australia and New Zealand over a short period of time.
Over the last 4 years our meeting has grown for around 300 to 700 attendees. It is not just my program that they come back for!

Dear Gina, Anna and Maddy, what can I say! Another wonderful event. Superbly choreographed with excellent outcomes. The ISAPS Facial Implant Symposium was a roaring success from what I have heard just from talking to some of the attendees. The quality of the meeting was great it was once again well organised, thank you for your wonderful help and participation. And we look forward to next year!
I am pleased, privileged and proud to say that our last meeting of the Advanced Plastic Surgery Workshop in February 2012 was our best ever and was attended by over 170 delegates – it was our first with The Production House Events. The standard of the meeting was equal to any that I have attended in the multitude that I have been to overseas, and in Australia. This was only possible with the input and organization skills of The Production House Events and particluarly, Gina Samuels and Anna Scholten.
Whether it be the major event management issues such as accommodation, choice of venue, entertainment and help in organizing flights of speakers etc., or whether it relates to the minutiae, such as having available cough lozenges for a speaker who was troubled from a sore throat following a long international journey or the availability of Berocca tablets for delegates who were not feeling so well the morning after a late night function, Gina and Anna absolutely excelled.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Production House Events for your next event’s management.

I was invited to speak at the Advanced Plastic Surgery Aesthetic Workshop in Melbourne in February 2015 and met the team behind The Production House Events who organized the entire meeting.
In my role as travelling professor for Plastic Surgery I attend about a dozen conferences a year. I also help organize several regional and national meetings worldwide and have dealt with numerous special event organizers. In all my years attending conferences and symposia, I have never witnessed a meeting as well organized as the one arranged by The Production House Events team. Travel, transportation, meals, refreshments, display booths and gala dinners were all arranged in a seamless fashion.
The meeting included complex audio visual requirements that went off without a hitch. The atmosphere was relaxed and professional and the Production House Team handled the unexpected with aplomb and professionalism.
I hope I get a chance to work with them again.
The ASAPS meeting was a “12” on a scale of “10”! Please quote me on that! From the arrangements, social events, to the content, it couldn’t have been better.
I have had the pleasure on being an exhibitor at Plastic Surgery conferences run by the amazing ladies from Production House on a number of occasions. After being in the industry for 11 years every conference attended was the same old until Production House came on the scene. They individualise each conference with creative unique ideas. As an exhibitor they are easy to deal with and nothing is ever too much trouble. I was at a plastics meeting run by another company and a surgeon was running around looking for an iPhone charger……I thought that wouldn’t happen at a meeting run by Anna & Gina, they have iPhone charging stations!! They think of everything you could possibly need and more. Can’t wait for the next event to see what they have come up with.
A quick note to say thank you again for taking the time to come to Tasmania to present to our members. I really enjoyed it and it was a great reinforcement for our industry partners. I’m sure they will think more ‘outside of the box’ to stand out from the pack. Your passion and commitment to our sector (and Tasmania) was also clearly demonstrated. Once again thanks and safe travels back to Melbourne.

The conference organisation was a dream, as smooth as can be. All the practical arrangements were fantastically efficiently done, so everything ran smoothly and without hitches. As well as the structure and organisation, the team also had a wonderfully nurturing style, with lots of subtle touches that made speakers and attendees feel genuinely looked after. The biggest compliment is probably that everything was so smooth it was easy to forget how much work went into it, we were like fish not realisng someone had provided the water we swam in. A very highly recommended team.

I was honored to be invited to speak at the Australian Non-Surgical Symposium in Sydney on 9-11 May, 2014. It was one of the most fantastically run meetings I have attended.

The Australasian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) has worked with The Production House Events (TPHE) for the past 5 years on a number of large-scale conferences, symposia, workshops and master classes. These have all been a huge success but the credit starts with the professional conference organizers- the team at TPHE are simply outstanding.
They are a team of hardworking, dedicated enthusiastic ‘can do’ event professionals and it’s an absolute pleasure at all times working with them. Whether it’s a conference running over a number of days, a media launch or a Gala Dinner, TPHE has always ensured the smooth flow of events. They really do consider our target audience first and come up with some wonderful, quirky activities and beautiful branding concepts. They literally take care of everything from the creative design (eg. transforming a waterside warehouse into a dining room), to arranging invitations and RSVP registries, accommodation, valet parking, flight schedules, transfers, entertainment, catering- no stone is left unturned.
I have lost count on the number of members or delegates who remarked how much attention to detail there was, from the moment they walked into the meeting sessions to the beautiful table settings at the Gala Dinner, the wow factor of the food, and of course, the amazing entertainment. This attention to detail and promptness with all responses and requests is exceptional and pivotal for why things run like clockwork.
